Training that
adapts to you
Whether this is your first event, you are keeping your health and fitness where you want it, or you are chasing your absolute best — you deserve science-based training and education. That is why we brought Humango to the Big Blue community.
Meet head coach Raeleigh Harris
Thirty years of coaching and racing, across countless triathlons, duathlons and endurance events — including four 70.3 IRONMAN World Championships, and Age Group World Champion in 2016.
Raeleigh is also Head Coach at Humango, responsible for the workout content that fuels their training plans. She brings racing experience together with the application of science and education, with a degree in Sports Science and Human Movement from Ballarat University in Australia. Sport, health and access to both have been her life’s work.
When Raeleigh approached Big Blue Adventure about offering Humango to our athletes, we jumped at it. Todd worked out quickly that everyone — regardless of where they are starting — deserves the best in science-based training.
